Eggs - 4
Flour - 2 cups (medium cup)
Baking powder - 3 teaspoon
Refined Oil - 1 and a half cup
Powdered sugar - 1 and a a little more than half cup [when powdering the sugar,add a little nutmeg powder)
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Shift Flour with the baking powder 4times to mix well. Keep it aside.
Now in a large bowl,whisk eggs well. Add the powdered sugar to it. Mix well.Now start adding the refined oil half cup at a time. Whisk well and then add again. When the whole oil is mixed add vanilla essence and mix.(Remember to either mix clockwise or anti-clockwise-whichever is convenient for you). Now add the flour in a similar fashion as the oil; a little portion at once.
Fold in the flour and mix tightly with a spoon. Never beat the flour in a beater!
Finally, after mixing thoroughly put the batter in a greased (with butter) in a baking tin. Grate cadbury silk with a grater on top of the batter.
Preheat the microwave at 180 degrees. Pre-heating is automatic. When finished the oven will beep. Press stop and put a small rack inside. Now put the cake tin on top of it. Close the oven door and bake the cake in convection mode at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
